OFFICIAL RULES

• There is no obligation to make a contribution to enter this promotional contest of chance. Contributions are tax deductible.

• Mail tickets with the enclosed form to: SAF Raffle, 12500 N.E. Tenth Place, Bellevue, WA 98005.

• Winners will be determined in a random drawing held on June 14, 2024. No substitutions will be allowed. The odds of winning one of the prizes are determined by the number of entries received.

• Entries must be received no later than midnight June 7, 2024 to be included.

• Only Official Entry Tickets will be drawn. No facsimiles permitted. This promotional contest of chance may be presented in connection with various offers and contests sponsored by the Second Amendment Foundation.

• Winners will be notified at the address on the Official Entry Ticket. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of notice. A list of major prize winners may be obtained from the Second Amendment Foundation. Please enclose a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope.

• The drawing will be supervised by the Service Bureau Association. Their decision will be final. Members of management, officers and members of the Board of Trustees, current and former employees of the Foundation as well as their spouses and children are not eligible.
  
• Any taxes on any prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

• All firearms will be transferred to the respective winners through local federally licensed firearms dealers. Winners of handguns must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible. Winners of long guns must be at least 18 years old. All winners of firearms must be eligible for firearm’s possession under all current federal and respective state laws.

• Void where prohibited by law.
